Photosynthesis Lesson Plans

I tweeted this lesson plan search and quite a few teachers looked through the lesson plans and printables.  So I thought I would highlight a few of the interesting lesson plans and worksheets that Search Plan It turned up.

  • This is a pretty basic lesson plan from CanTeach that covers photosynthesis and transpiration.  It looks appropriate for an early elementary science lesson plan.
  • Here are a few science lesson plans for elementary, middle school , or high school.  They cover photosynthesis, cellular respiration, enzymes and more.  The site, lessonplansinc.com, is a community of high school, middle school, and elementary school science teachers.
  • Here is a little more detailed and advanced lesson plan on photosynthesis from biologycorner .com, including the supporting worksheets and printables. Site description:  “The Biology Corner is a resource site for biology and science teachers.  It contains a variety of lessons, quizzes, labs, web quests, and information on science topics.”

And as always, here is the full list of lesson plans from Search PlanIt.  Please rate the lessons you look through.  It is a big help to all of the other teachers using Search PlanIt!
