Teachers.net has a great place value lesson plan that includes a hands-on place value game.  This activity would be appropriate for teaching place value to elementary grades 1-6, and is a nice interactive lesson plan for place value.

Print Stationary has a number of place value worksheets and printables that would be an excellent addition to your place value lesson plans.  These place value worksheets are intended for second grade and line up nicely with the common core standards for math.  You will need to scroll down the page to the section for place value worksheets.
